Phone and Table Configuration (First time)

Help here is related to Andoid/Google devices.  The following should help you configure your device for the first time.  If you delete your account you can start over with these steps.

  1. On your Android device, select the “Menu” button.
  2. Select Settings. (This might be at the top of your screen, it looks like a gear)
  3. Select Add Account, Accounts, or Accounts & Sync (varies depending on device).
  4. Select Add Account.
  5. Select Email as the account type.
  6. Select IMAP.
  7. On the screen enter the following information and tap Next.
  8. Incoming server settings:
    • Username: your email address
    • Password: your password
    • IMAP Server: mail.myrealoffice.com
    • Security: SSL (Accept all certificates)
    • Port: 993
  9. On the screen enter the following information and tap Next.
  10. Outgoing server settings:
    • SMTP Server: mail.myrealoffice.com
    • Security Type: SSL (Accept all certificates)
    • Port: 465
    • Require Sign-In: checked
    • Username: your email address
    • Password: your email password
  11. Select Next and configure your personal preferences for the frequency and amount of data to synchronize.
  12. You should now be able to access your email.
